Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy Conditions

    Returns may be accepted within 4 days of delivery subject to approval. Items must be:

    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by certificates, tags, and invoices.

  • Non-Returnable Items The following products are not eligible for return:

    • Personalized jewellery
    • Engraved products
    • Made-to-order products
    • Clearance sale items
    • Gift cards

  • Exchange Policy
    Approved exchanges may be offered for eligible products subject to stock availability.

  • Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Deductions
    Shipping charges, insurance charges, certification fees, payment gateway fees, and handling charges may be deducted where applicable.

  • Rejection of Returns
    Returns may be rejected if products show signs of wear, misuse, damage, modification, resizing, or tampering.

  • The final decision regarding returns and exchanges rests solely with Veesara Jewellery.
