  • FULL ADVANCE PAYMENT
    All orders placed through the Veesara Jewellery website require 100% advance payment before processing, production, packaging, or dispatch. Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery requires full payment at the time of order confirmation.

  • ORDER CONFIRMATION
    An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and verification. Veesara Jewellery reserves the right to request additional verification of customer identity, billing information, or delivery details before processing an order.

  • PRICING AND TAXES
    All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in precious metal rates, gemstone costs, taxation, or market conditions. The final amount payable shall be the price displayed at the time of successful order placement and payment.

  • PAYMENT FAILURE
    If a transaction fails, remains incomplete, or is declined by the payment provider, the order shall not be processed. Product availability, inventory allocation, and promotional pricing are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully received. Veesara Jewellery shall not be responsible for losses resulting from payment gateway failures, banking interruptions, technical errors, or declined transactions.

  • CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
    Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement provided production, customization, packaging, or dispatch has not commenced. Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official customer support channels.

  • REFUNDS
    Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping charges, insurance fees, certification charges, payment gateway fees, and other third-party processing charges are non-refundable. Refund requests may be declined if returned products show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, resizing by third parties, damage, or tampering.

  • FRAUD PREVENTION
    To protect customers and maintain secure transactions, Veesara Jewellery reserves the right to conduct payment verification checks. Orders suspected of unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or policy violations may be delayed, reviewed, or cancelled.

  • CHARGEBACK POLICY
    Customers are encouraged to contact Veesara Jewellery before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases, refusal of service, recovery of administrative costs, and legal action where permitted by law.

  • HIGH-VALUE ORDERS
    For orders exceeding ₹1,00,000 or any threshold prescribed under applicable laws, Veesara Jewellery may require additional verification before processing or dispatching the order. Customers may be requested to provide valid identification documents including PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or other legally accepted KYC documentation. Additional verification through telephone, email, or address confirmation may also be conducted.

  • PAYMENT SECURITY
    All transactions are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways using industry-standard encryption and security measures. While Veesara Jewellery takes reasonable precautions to safeguard customer information, we shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access, payment gateway failures, cyber incidents, banking disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • ORDER REVIEW AND VERIFICATION
    To ensure transaction security and fraud prevention, Veesara Jewellery reserves the right to review, verify, place on hold, or decline any order requiring additional verification. Customers may be contacted to confirm payment details, identity, billing information, or delivery information before an order is approved. If satisfactory verification cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled and any eligible payment refunded through the original payment method.

  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    Any dispute relating to payments, refunds, transactions, or chargebacks shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual communication between the customer and Veesara Jewellery. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
